Brian is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Maryland and D.C. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Ph. D. in Civil Engineering, Structual Engineering Focus from University of Wyoming.
Tara L. Pase, P.E., Ph. D.
Tara is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of New York, Maryland, New Jersery and Virginia. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering fron New Mexico State University and a Ph. D. in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park.
